Guenter and Esra Besenmatter founded the Yacht Service-Team of YMT-Yacht Management in 2008.
The Idea behind was, to open a professional Yacht-service and Yacht-charter base in the area of Kusadasi, that the boat owners and charter clients can concentrate a hundred percent to their holiday and YMT is taking care of all the surrounding things.

In the past year, many owners recognized the comfort that this concept could bring to their holiday and joined us.

Since twenty years, he is working as skipper, base manager and in yacht service. He is living and working together with his Turkish wife Esra. Since 1993, they are permanent in Türkiye. In many years as base manager, he gathered a lot of experience and knowledge in this branch.

Since 17 years, she is on the side from Guenter Besenmatter as his life and work partner. Responsible for the cleanse of our boats, equipment controlling and bookkeeping. Throughout her Turkish citizenship, she manages all paperwork and communication with the authorities, for the company and for our owner and guests.
